These 5 pneumatic push-in fittings adopts standard BSPP G parallel pipe thread. The thread part is integrally turned from nickel-plated brass with pre-installed end-face O-ring.

5 differentiated structures cover all pneumatic wiring demands including right-angle diversion, 45° gentle bend, 2-way air split and mid-line side air tapping:

 

EPL-G 90° G Thread Male Elbow: male thread screw into valve block for 90° vertical direction change;

EPLF-G 90° G Thread Female Elbow: hex female thread connects pressure gauges & male-thread accessories with right-angle turn;

EPLH-G 45° G Thread Male Elbow: 45° gentle elbow for low-resistance pipeline layout;

EPB-G G Thread Male Branch Tee: bottom male thread air inlet, two tube outlets split air into 2 equal branches;

EPD-G G Thread Male Run Tee: dual straight through main tube ports, side G male thread for auxiliary air tapping midway on main line;

Daily Maintenance & Care

 

  • Cut tubing cleanly and deburr before insertion.
  • Tighten the thread moderately; avoid over-tightening.
  • Inspect for leaks after pressure/temperature changes.
  • When disassembling, press release ring evenly and pull tube straight out.

Q: Can these G thread fittings interchange with M / NPT thread connectors?

A: No. This series adopts BSPP British parallel G pipe thread exclusively for European imported equipment. Metric M thread & American NPT taper thread have different pitch and sealing standard with incompatible mating surfaces. All fittings come with pre-installed O-rings without PTFE tape needed.

 

EPL-G, EPLF-G, EPLH-G, EPB-G and EPD-G form a complete product line of BSPP G thread pneumatic elbows & tees. All models adopt nickel-plated brass thread, pre-installed O-rings to skip PTFE tape and low-resistance curved flow channels, universally matching 4~16mm metric PU air tubes and G1/8~G1/2 European standard pipe threads.
